Film and Theatre PROGRAMS

At UNO, our award-winning faculty, many of whom are active in theatre design, directing, theatre production, studio and independent film making, encourage you to develop your creative and technical abilities as an emerging media and performing arts professional. Our program provides a comprehensive approach to the theatre, film and television industry, allowing you to learn all aspects of film and theatre making and its rich history. We strive to foster creativity, imagination and investigative thinking. Our professional level of training gives you hands-on experiences to best prepare you for your career. 

The 正妹AV is proud to be an accredited member of the National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST). NAST was founded in 1965 to establish national standards for undergraduate and graduate programs in Theatre and Film. UNO is the only accredited program in the New Orleans metropolitan area.
